Product availability
Date describing when the products may be sent by us is given for each product - from 24 hours to several, sometimes even few dozen days (in case of not easily available products or products manufactured to order). We are doing our best to make the offer presented on the website meet the real stock levels, however, it may happen that the real delivery time will be extended - we will immediately inform about that.
If you order a larger amount of products, shipment time of the entire order is adjusted to the product with the longest shipment time. The order can be implemented in stages - for that purpose, contact us or write an appropriate annotation in comments to the order.
Depending on the amount and weight of products ordered by you, selected payment method and own preferences, you can select one of the delivery methods from the following ones:

Courier company - delivery is implemented by a professional DHL courier company. Selection of a courier means comfort and assurance that your order will reach you on time for a reasonable price. In addition, you will receive a link to the website on your e-mail address, on which you will be able to check the whereabouts of your package on regular basis. - Comfortable and flexible:
Parcel Locker InPost - If it's hard to find you at home, the parcel will wait for you at the selected parcel locker. A very convenient method of delivery - parcel lockers work 24/7, so the package can be delivered even on the weekend. Additionally, you will receive shipment tracking to your email address and telephone number (note! the service is active only in Poland). - The easiest:
Personal receipt - this is the easiest method of receipt of ordered products - we invite you to the company headquarters at the address: Przemysłowa 14, 44-190 Knurów. You will find the point's working hours in the Contact tab. At personal receipt you do not incur additional costs. Remember to make an appointment in advance for a personal pickup.
